The Full Story
About Me
I’ve been married for 16 years to a driven, goal-oriented partner who loves to chase goals alongside me, and together we’re raising four children. My approach to fitness and nutrition coaching is shaped not only by education and professional experience, but by my own personal transformation.
After the birth of my second child, I experienced significant weight gain and a loss of confidence. Like many women and busy moms, I felt overwhelmed, under-educated about sustainable weight loss, and unsure how to navigate the gym or build an effective workout routine. I made several attempts to lose the weight on my own, but without the right guidance, structure, or understanding of evidence-based training and nutrition, those efforts fell short.
Hiring a coach became a turning point. Through structured strength training, personalized nutrition, and science-based strategies, I lost approximately 50 pounds. More importantly, I gained clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how to support my body for long-term health—not quick fixes.
That experience shaped my mission as a women’s fitness coach. Health and weight-loss journeys can be deeply personal, emotional, and isolating—especially for mothers who are often putting themselves last. Today, it is both an honor and incredibly fulfilling to help women improve body composition, build strength, and develop confidence through evidence-based fitness and sustainable lifestyle habits.
My goal is to empower women with the knowledge, structure, and support they need to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies—at every stage of life.

Mission
My mission is to guide women toward long-term health and physical confidence by applying proven principles of strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization.
Vision
My vision is to create confident, informed women who make informed decisions about their health and are equipped to sustain results long after coaching ends.
